Aufgaben

**Deine Aufgaben als Contract-/Order Specialist (m/w/d) sind**:

- Die Prüfung der eingehenden Auftragsunterlagen (Kauf-/Vertragsunterlagen)
- Zusammenstellung und Aufbereitung der Vertragsunterlagen zur Vorlage und Unterzeichnung
- Koordination und Informationsübermittlung an die mitwirkenden Abteilungen
- Du betreust die Abrechnung und Informationsübermittlung an unsere Kunden/Banken
- Mitwirkung an der Bearbeitung und Klärung von Reklamationsfällen
- Überprüfung und Klärung offener Posten, der von dir bereits abgerechneten Aufträge
- Sammlung und Aufbereitung von Informationen zur

Planung von Finanzierungen

Qualifikation

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Vorkenntnisse im ausgeschriebenen Berufsumfeld und der Branche von Vorteil
- Souveräne, selbständige und strategische Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Identifikation mit deinem Arbeitgeber, Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit sind für
