Singleron’s EU branch is seeking motivated and ambitious talent in the field of single cell and next generation sequencing, diagnostics, and bioinformatics.

**Logistic coordinator/logistician (M/F/D)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan/prepare shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices and purchase orders)
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
