**Team Leader Quality Inspection (m|w|d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines Teams der Ihnen zugeteilten Quality Inspectors.
- Zudem stellen Sie die Qualitätsstandards unserer Produkte unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten und unter Berücksichtigung von Gesetzen, Normen sowie Kundenanforderungen sicher.
- Hierzu gehören unter anderem die eigenständige Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Überwachung von Prüfaufgaben sowie Lieferanteninspektionen.
- Darüber hinaus obliegen Ihnen die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung von Prüfungen im Fertigungs
- und Montagebereich sowie die Anleitung der Prüfer (m/w/d) in Ihrer Rolle als Inspection Supervisor (m/w/d).
**Ihr Profil**
- Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar, alternativ haben Sie Ihre technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen, sind interessiert an einem vielfältigen Aufgabengebiet (z. B. Produkt
- und Maschinensicherheit, Werkstofftechnologie,) und möchten sich auf diesem Gebiet weiterentwickeln.
- Zudem verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
- Sie arbeiten gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und bringen einen hohen Grad an Eigeninitiative und Engagement mit. Kulturelle Unterschiede sehen Sie als Bereicherung.
- Zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken zählen außerdem eine hohe Kommunikations
- sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 30 %).
