**Responsibilities**:

- Set clear priorities for teams to maximize performance, workflow, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with EH&S standards for a safe and legal work environment, including proper material and equipment handling
- Foster open communication and improve the work atmosphere through resource optimization and task delegation
- Support Warehouse Supervisor with performance cycles and assist with onboarding and training of new staff
- Manage forecasted volumes and resource & capacity planning
- Lead the team in our business growth, creating stability & identifying process improvements
- Oversee key business KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to 5S standards for a clean and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with colleagues and the Warehouse Supervisor to improve warehouse processes and address operational bottlenecks
- Lead by example, promoting a change management culture and continuous productivity improvements

**What You'll Bring**
- 3-5 years of Team Leader experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and software including knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
- Experience in inventory management and control
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively by offering strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting productivity targets
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
