In dieser Funktion bist Du für die Personaleinteilung und die Organisation des reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs eines bestimmten Bereiches zuständig. Neben statistischen Erhebungen, Erkennen und Weiterleiten von Verbesserungsvorschlägen ist die Kommunikation zu Mitarbeitern, Vorgesetzten und den anderen Abteilungen ein wichtiger Teil Deiner täglichen Arbeit.
Als Interim-Lead bist Du vor allem Vorbild für Deine Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich fachlicher Kenntnisse, sozialem Verhalten, Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Arbeitssicherheit und -qualität.
Diese Stelle ist befristet für 6 Monate.
Da die Position als zeitlich befristet geplant ist, muss die Bereitschaft und Flexibilität vorhanden sein, nach dem befristeten Einsatz als Interim-Lead wieder in Deine Abteilung zurück zu gehen.
Key job responsibilities
- Fachliche Führung eines Teams von Mitarbeitern
- Motivation und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung unternehmerischer Ziele
- Ständige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Produktionsablaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten
- Konstruktive Umsetzung der geplanten Produktion unter Ausschöpfung der höchst möglichen Qualität und Quantität
- Mitarbeit in der eigenen Abteilung
