Job Description Summary

The Lab of Dr. Sunil Singhal is seeking a full-time Research Specialist C. The translational research lab is currently focused on immunotherapy and molecular imaging of lung cancer. The research specialist is expected to participate in and perform experiments, data analysis and data presentation under the direct supervision of a senior lab staff. The Research Specialist will be involved in tissue acquisition and processing of mouse samples. Other duties include but are not limited to managing molecular imaging equipment, maintaining cell lines, primary cell culturing, performing flow cytometry, western blots, ELISA, DNA, and RNA isolation, keeping inventory and ordering supplies. This position requires work with mouse models, like husbandry, i.v, i.p, s.c injection and tissue harvesting. Prior mouse experience preferred, but not required.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience in research, clinical study, project and people management or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
