In detail, you will - Drive the development of the team based on departmental goals and take responsibility for the professional growth of the team - Develop and implement plans to enhance your team’s capabilities and to standardize processes and methods across the project portfolio - Create and continuously update resource plans for your team, considering current and future offshore projects. Support your team members in their project work and provide troubleshooting when necessary - Develop your employees according to their individual skills, career plans, and project needs - Maintain regular communication internally with other team leaders and management and externally with relevant authorities and stakeholders - Überzeugendes Profil- You have an academic degree in engineering, renewable energies, environmental and spatial planning or a related field. Alternatively, you possess an equivalent qualification gained from substantial professional experience - Ideally, you possess extensive experience in offshore wind farm certification and consenting, along with a strong network of authorities, stakeholders, and suppliers - Initial leadership experience is desirable, possibly enhanced by training or further education.
