**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**The Role**:

- Regular control, coordination and forecasting of the Sales, Solution Development, Business Development and Marketing cost centers in cooperation with the responsible team leads
- Recharging of support activities and other expenses for Sales, Solution Development, Business Development and Marketing across EMEA and Global
- Responsible for sales incentive and other bonus calculations and forecasting as well as key contact person towards commercial organization and regular review about the plan with management
- Key user for Oracle cost center planning in the area of finance and participation in the further development of the tool
- Active support for the monthly selling costs forecast with linked headcount and other spending’s planning
- Support in evaluating and communicating risks and opportunities in selling costs
- Ad-Hoc analyses as well as regular analysis of selling cost development in the company's business areas
- Analysis of deviations from budget and forecast
- Support in the preparation of presentations for quarterly reports, management presentations etc.
- Support of Head of Sales Controlling EMEA
- Support and Collaboration with Sales Management and Sales Team in the area of new business planning of order intake in the project business and tracking in the CRM tool (Salesforce)

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration / economics
- At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling / reporting in a group company
- Excellent communication skills, also across functional and geographical boundaries
- Pronounced ability to analyze and work in a team, change and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking skills and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of planning tools (Oracle EPM) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP CO / FI / SD / MM
- Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken English, other language skills desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally within the scope of the activity
