Reporting to our SVP EMEA Project Execution, this role will take ownership for delivering on time and on budget a portfolio of business critical projects, managing a team of project managers; acting as a customer escalation and driving the highest levels of EHS+S and standardized delivery across the portfolio.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Provides leadership to and develops strategies for Project Management in alignment with the Company's mission statement and strategic plan.
- Manages by designing/implementing processes and delivers projects that provide for a high level of customer satisfaction at efficient cost.
- Develops and manages budgets and business plans.
- Effectively builds a culture that fosters team work and cooperation to improve efficiency and synergy to reduce waste.
- Drive the Project Execution Improvement Initiative in support of improving efficiency and reducing cost and risks on the projects.
- Creates and conceptualizes new systems, strategies and programs with significant business impact.
- Recruiting, developing, motivating and managing, highly trained technical professionals to ensure an effective workforce capable of meeting all stated business objectives.

**Experience/Qualifications**:
To be successful in this highly demanding but ultimately rewarding position you will be a seasoned senior project leader; with a track record of project delivery success across sizeable individual projects and programs, of complex integrated mechanical; electrical and software projects. As well as:

- Bachelors Degree or advanced degree. Preferred to possess PMP certification or obtain within 12 months of hire.
- 10+ years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge.
- Functions as a change agent by demonstrating past successes driving and managing change within an organization
- Experience with complex matrixed global organizations and products
- Demonstrates outstanding teambuilding skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers
