As a warranty specialist, you are the customer's main point of contact for resolving warranty claims. You coordinate the required effort to identify and execute the most efficient resolution for each case.

**Duties**:
- inspect claims and agree with the customer on a resolution.
- involve internal and external parties as required per case.
- are responsible for tracking and being the owner of all warranty cases in your region.
- maintain information of all equipment under warranty in your region
- support in reporting the bigger picture of warranty for the EMEA region
- calculate costs for solutions to warranty cases
- coordinate and support root cause analyses
- contribute in updating the fleet information of our installations in the field.
Main qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Technical schooling or aptitude
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Speaking and writing fluently in English is a must, any other European language is a plus.
