YOUR ROLE WITH US
As the CTPO, you will be part of the general management to set the vision and lead tech transformation and product development. Your role will be instrumental in driving socialbee's technology innovation and shaping the product roadmap, ensuring that our solutions are scalable and address complex challenges in labor market participation of people with a refugee or migrant background.
- Leadership: Aligned with socialbee's strategic objectives, you work together with our CEOs and other Executives in order to review, define and execute the technology and product roadmap and the transition of our organization to a scalable business model.
- Tech Innovation: You lead the development of scalable, robust technologies that solve complex, target group-specific challenges and maximize the efficency of our operational teams.
- Product Development: You oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our solutions are market-fit and meet our business goals.
- Team Building: You nurture and continue to grow our amazing tech team, while empowering personal as well as professional growth and staying on top of relevant trends, tools, infrastructures and resources.
- Customer Centricity: You engage with our customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure that our technology & product deliverables continue to meet and exceed expectations.

- Ambassador: With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to explain complex problems, data analytics and technology in simple terms to non-expert audiences.
