Head of Finance

**And therefore, we need you**: An impact driven, ambitious and committed team player who shares our vision and values. Support us as a Head of Finance to maximize our impact by leading all financial responsibilities on an international level and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
As our new Head of Finance, you will be shaping the international financial operations and strategy of our business and take responsibility for accounting, controlling, liquidity and tax related topics. Moreover, you will play a key role in dealing with legal and regulatory issues. In particular, you will be responsible for the following topics:

- Responsibility for our operative accounting, controlling and reporting processes
- Overlooking and improving our international fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing and investor relations
- Supporting our intercultural leadership team with analyses, reportings and forecasts
- Initiating and managing relationships to worldwide key stakeholders (investors, banks, lawyers, etc.)
- Managing the budgeting process and our treasury system
- Conducting risk management on an international level
- Ensuring all accounting and tax activities comply with legal regulations
- Developing secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Validating budgets and allocating resources

We are looking for an open and ambitious team player to join our talented and motivated team sharing our passion for greenifying the energy system.

For Entrix, you would be a great match if you bring the following experiences and skills:

- 5+ years experience as a Head of Finance or Director of Finance with a bookkeeping background in a thriving organization, preferably within the energy sector
- 5+ years knowledge in international cash flow management and liquidity management
- Very well versed in leading and coordinating people and their workflows by bringing your best knowledge into the team
- You have excellent communication skills that make you a trusted partner for your stakeholders and allow you to effectively bring across complex ideas and concepts
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- You are driven by the desire to build processes for a business that will scale rapidly over the upcoming years
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- You are very familiar with Datev and MS Office
- You are proficient in German and English
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
