**The Team**- your impact

The unit of 30 people is dedicated to ensuring the successful transformation of Global Technology Platforms (GTP) to the product-oriented DevOps Model and establishing a strong foundation for the overall success of the new ecosystem, including leading the organizational capability improvement of GTP at the highest level. They facilitate and support GTP product delivery across all GTP Domain Areas, offering guidance to GTP leaders with a focus on the technical and procedural aspects of the transformation. Moreover, the team provides program and project management for GTP cross-domain initiatives, aiming to contribute to E.ON's business values and enhance efficiency.

GTP builds, maintains, and continuously improves highly available, resilient and secure platforms. As well as a solid IT foundation scaled for the entire E.ON Group.

**Your Role**- meaningful & rewarding
- Leading and steering the unit with its two departments and international employees
- Guiding the GTP leadership teams in managing interdependencies and connecting the dots across Domain Areas, Domains and Product Teams within GTP, Technology Group and the wider E.ON organization.
- Orchestrating the GTP cross-domain activities, delivering priority guidance and organizing Product Increment (PI) events.
- Leading organizational transformation while ensuring the buy-in of all relevant stakeholders.
- Mastering solid planning (short, mid and long-term) and delivering against budget, timescales, etc..
- Ensuring the delivery of overarching project and program activities within GTP
- Providing advice and implementation support to assess organizational capabilities and to identify, prioritize and implement improvements.

**Your Profile**- authentic & open-minded
- Higher university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar with solid leadership experience in professional IT/Digital or relevant Business context
- Comprehensive experience in developing and executing strategies, plans and creating transformation programs
- Proven operational experience in leading an agile technical organization and in the delivery of overarching project and program activities
- Solid technical understanding of cloud native eco-systems and platform engineering and knowledge of an organization’s business processes and the interconnections with IT in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of intercultural competence
- In-depth analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking with a strong business acumen.
- Business fluent in English.
