- JOIN TEAM CORPORATE INTERNAL AUDIT (CIA), an independent, objective assurance and advisory function that maintains a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and governance processes and assessing compliance to the adidas governance, risk, compliance and control framework.
- The primary role of CIA is to assist the Executive Board in protecting and enhancing the organizational value, assets, reputation and sustainability of adidas by providing risk-based and objective assurance and advice.
- CIA provides value by identifying opportunities and advising on performance and operational efficiency which supports short-term and strategic initiatives.
- CIA’s scope covers all brands, channels, functions and departments of adidas while considering strategic, business, operational, financial, compliance and control risks. CIA responsibilities include executing audit and advisory engagements, drawing appropriate conclusions, communicating findings to appropriate levels of management, and ensuring remediating measures are taken.

- Plan, monitor and report program related activities and prepare comprehensive communication to senior stakeholders.
- Take part in reviewing and managing tasks related to key project milestones, risks and decisions as they develop.
- Your tasks in the Corporate Internal Audit internship:

- Support execution of internal audits, including performing audit testing and verification of controls throughout all channels (Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce) and functions (Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Human Resources, etc.) of the business
- Provide key contributions to individual special projects covering specific topics such as preparation of reports, analyzing historical data, and supporting coordination of administrative logistics for team events (e.g. conference, off-sites, meetings, etc.)
- Enhance existing or develop new templates, tools and documentation guidelines for use in executing audits
- Your tasks in the TRANS4RM internship:

- Support the EU Business Transformation leadership team in rolling-out the new business solution for the European market.
- Prepare steering committee & sponsor updates together with business and tech leaders.
- WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Management, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Management & Technology, Entrepreneurship or similar
- Strong understanding of digital tools is a plus
- First experience in project / process management is a plus
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills

- Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.167,00€, compulsory internship 1.650,00 € (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
- ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2025 - March 2026
- Ability to relocate to Herzo
