Our client, Worldcoin, is a new, collectively owned global currency that will be distributed fairly to as many people as possible. Worldcoin will launch by giving a free share to everyone on Earth. They believe that this is an essential step to accelerate the transition towards a more inclusive global economy, providing new ways for everyone to share future prosperity.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (M/F/d) to join Worldcoin on their ambitious journey.

Worldcoin people team’s goal is to maximize the potential of their greatest asset - its employees - by building a supportive and inclusive culture that oversees and supports the entire employee lifecycle, particularly around hiring, growing and retaining top talents.

Tasks
- Partner closely with the Head of Talent and leadership to build and implement hiring processes and programs.
- Own the entire recruiting process from end to end.
- Learn how to build robust reporting in Greenhouse and Gem.
- Be part of headcount planning and budgeting exercises.
- Mentor talent coordinators and other junior members of the recruiting team.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience at technology scaling companies or startups.
- You’re a problem solver with a proactive approach and have the ability to prioritize smartly in order to execute our hiring plans.
- You pride yourself in being a strategic partner to the business and keeping up with technical talent market trends.
- Furthermore, you are data-oriented (both quantitative and qualitative) and utilize it to influence hiring decisions and processes.
- Passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive culture and teams.
