Werkstudent/intern - HR Administration & Projects (M/F/d)

Within our People & Culture HR team, we are seeking a motivated and talented Working Student (preferred, for ideally 12-24 months) or alternatively an Intern (minimum 5-6 months) at our headquarters in Munich. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international company environment, supporting our HR administration and strategic projects.
**Start Date**: As soon as possible (July or September preferred)

**Responsibilities**:
Support with routine operational HR administration tasks, including document management, data entry, and general administrative support
Assist the team lead with strategic HR projects
Support ongoing HR projects with data gathering, preparation, and analysis
Prepare project documentation and craft impactful PowerPoint presentations
Prepare analyses to support decision-making within the HR team and wider organization
Harmonize HR documents and policies
Assist with process design and optimization (e.g., using swim lanes, ARIS)
**Requirements**:
Enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (for Werkstudent) or recent graduate (for Intern), preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach
High proficiency in PowerPoint, with a talent for designing clear and engaging presentations
Experience with data analysis (Excel, or similar tools)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt when working on new projects
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Interest in HR processes, digital transformation, and international business environments
Proactive and self-motivated team player with a hands-on mentality
Eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
