**Responsibilities**:

- Overall support of the employees at the locations in southern Germany (Munich, Regensburg, Herbrechtingen) in operational matters
- Support of the local payroll preparation
- You take on tasks and small HR projects independently
- Support with collective bargaining and employment law measures
- Support with cooperation with authorities and associations

**Requirements**:

- You are currently studying business administration, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
- You find human resources topics exciting and interesting
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team

Additional information:

- You work 2-3 days a week for 15-20 hours
