**Your Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting
- Accurate account assignment and posting of current business transactions
- Posting bank statements and performing account reconciliation and clarification
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure SOX compliance and actively participate in internal and external audits
- Generate insightful reports and statistics
- Handle various administrative accounting tasks
- Communicate and correspond in both German and English

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk) or equivalent qualification
- Relevant accounting experience, ideally in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Navision is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent in German and competent in English, both written and spoken
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for working with numbers
- A quick learner, able to adapt to new responsibilities and tasks
- Team player with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
