**Your responsibilities**
- Play a key role in a large Supply Chain Transformation program implementing Celonis to ensure optimal inventory and service levels to our customers
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with demand & supply planning teams
- Manage change within our organization and train business users
- Contribute to design & value framing workshops, align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Validate Celonis dashboards and create regular reports for the management
- Quantify the business and financial potential and present the findings to the management
- Customize dashboards within Celonis based on end user requests
**Required professional and technical expertise**
- Successful studies in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable degree program
- 3+ years practical experience in business analysis, big data, data mining, and process mining within supply chain
- 1+ years working experience with process mining technology (ideally Celonis) and in delivering process mining projects
- Understand Supply Chain processes and challenges (such as M2D, Inventory management)
- Knowledge of SCM ERP systems (ideally SAP)
- Knowledge of other data analytics tools (like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting within cross-functional and multinational teams
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and known for being a quick learner
- Ability to handle competing - oftentimes sudden - priorities flexibly and address each in an effective and timely manner in a fast-paced working environment
- Fluent in English
**Preferred technical and professional expertise**
- Certified Celonis Solution Professional, Celonis Implementation Professional or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience working in this area
- Lean or Six-Sigma certification
