Quality Control Lead

As a Quality Control Lead, you perform sophisticated quality controls. Your role consists in inspecting to extremely close tolerance and supervising all forms of quality control inspection, sampling, testing, and control of components, products, and raw materials, to meet established quality standards, either in the raw state or after various stages of manufacturing. You supervise the use of various kinds of measuring instruments and the use of chemical tests and provide output on analytical process.

**Main responsibilities**
- Ensuring product conformity to customer requirements and establish reference and border samples
- Establish and continuously improve test processes and instructions for inline, atline and offline test and training of production team member
- Manage MSA and test equipment
- Produce data collection for quality control and assessment of improvement actions
- Raw material claim to supplier

**Qualifications**
- Working experience in quality control and color of liquid paints and color measurement in automotive industry.
- Experience with the manufacture and inspection of laminated film
- Fluency in German and English
- Driving license
- Further qualifications are favorable
- Experience as team leader / manager

**Skills**
- Customer-first mentality

- Excel, Word, Minitab
- Experience in PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and statistical method for process improvement (Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt), ISO9001, IATF 16949.
