With a long-standing reputation for innovation and quality, our technologies enable customers to monitor, control, and optimise mission-critical processes.We are now looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our German PST / DwyerOmega sales organisation in a dual role spanning Quality Management and Technical responsibilities.Our internationally recognised brands provide advanced sensing and instrumentation solutions for a wide range of industrial applications and controlled environments.1. Quality Management / ISO 9001 CertificationLead preparation and support for the ISO 9001 recertification in Ettlingen and initial certification in FriedrichsdorfImplement and drive a unified, cross-site Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external auditsCreate, maintain, and control QM documentationDevelop and manage QM KPIs, management reviews, and continuous improvement processesManage certification contracts and ensure all certificates remain up to date2. Technical Project Support / Monitoring Systems (RMS)Assist in commissioning and validating RMS monitoring system projectsDeliver software and hardware training to customers and internal teamsSupport qualification and mapping projectsProvide 2nd-level technical support in close collaboration with engineering and salesContribute to validation and calibration projects in line with GxP requirementsYour ProfileCompleted technical apprenticeship or a degree in electrical engineering, measurement technology, process engineering, or a similar fieldStrong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; experience with certification processes is highly desirableFamiliarity with measurement and control technology, networking, Windows Server environments, and SQL databasesExperience in calibration, validation, or technical monitoring systems is an advantageExcellent German and good English skills (spoken and written)Independent, structured working style with strong teamwork orientationStrong communication skills, willingness to travel, and a high level of quality awarenessValid Class B driving licence (Germany)What We OfferA key role within an international company that continues to growDiverse and impactful tasks with significant personal responsibilityShort decision paths, flat hierarchies, and a supportive team environmentOpportunities for further training in quality management and monitoring technologiesPlease apply now for immediate consideration.
