Tasks
You should be well-organized, open minded, and have fun in communicating with our clients and our colleagues from different teams and cultures. You will have the chance to gain experience in how to coordinate different learning activities on a global scale.
While doing so you will learn about different methodologies and tools we use in our project. You are very welcome to bring in your own ideas and creativity.
As member of our project team, you will work on the following tasks:
- Coordination and execution of operational tasks related to global training sessions delivered to our clients in financial services
- Administer activities in our Learning Management System
- Process our client’s training requests and communicate with them
- Create and analyse feedback, suggest ideas to enhance and improve our training offerings
- Support the creation of training material in different formats (e.g. video or ppt)
- Support marketing activities (e.g. website) related to our training business
**Requirements**:
- Enrolled Student (f/m/d) at a university or an university of applied sciences in Germany (ideally, in business, learning or event management)
- Strong interest in learning-related topics and enjoy service-related work.
- Computer skills: proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Language skills: very good written and spoken skills in English and good German skills preferred, but not a must
- Expected soft skills: team player, highly motivated, and exhibit strong commitment, creativity, good at organizing, well-structured and independent working style, can do attitude and you win people over with your charisma, friendliness, and pleasant, polite manners.
- Experience in organization of trainings or workshops is a plus
