**What you'll do**

One component to support SAP transforming to the Intelligent Enterprise is the next generation remote support framework. The goal of this project is to provide a platform for all Lines of Businesses at SAP to utilize a modern, reliable and simplified infrastructure to access our customers heterogenous solutions remotely in a secure and controlled way at all times considering legal, internal and country specific compliances and regulations.

The main tasks of the job include:

- program and test product features, take architectural decisions in the cloud by using agile development practices
- Demonstrate excellent quality, architecture design, development and delivery skills in scrum teams working in short development and release cycles
- Support DevOps related tasks including delivery, operations and support of the solution
- Drive improvements, simplifications and innovations in development processes
- Constantly listen to customers and consult stakeholders as domain experts for product improvements and enhancements

**What you bring**
- Experience with newest cloud architecture (containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kyma).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services as well as Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, using tools like Jenkins.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub.
- Proficiency in Java, with experience in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent English language skills oral and written, German is a plus

You will be part of the Customer Experience Group within the Corporate Processes and IT (CPIT) organization at SAP. Our mission is to enhance customer interactions with SAP's IT solutions by providing a modern, reliable, and simplified infrastructure for remote support. This project is crucial to SAP's transformation into an Intelligent Enterprise, ensuring secure and compliant remote access to our customers' diverse solutions.
