- As a Video Producer you will contribute directly to the massive development of our company as a key member of the Marketing team.- You will play an essential role in supporting the Marketing and Product teams. You contribute to brainstorming new marketing campaign concepts, creative direction, and production of creative assets. In your work, you always demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles including UI/UX best practices. You are hands-on at every step of the design process and comfortable working with other functional roles across different disciplines.**Your tasks**
- Influence the creative direction of marketing assets across all markets
- Manage template libraries, design systems, and style guides for greater efficiency and speed to market
- Create Point of Contact (POC) designs tailored to specific country teams
- Conceptualize and iterate on lead gen form designs, demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Craft engaging content landing pages following design best practices
- Produce final designs for display channels (Google DV360, GDN, Native) and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Create captivating video content and motion graphics
- Curate image and video libraries based on brand guidelines

**Your profile**
- Degree in Graphic Design (BFA, BS, or MFA)
- 3+ years of design experience, preferably with strong brands
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, including knowledge of UI/UX best practices and specific requirements for each marketing channel
- Design experience across the web space (Social and Display)
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with Content, Product, and Tech teams
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design concepts across various verticals
- Passion for medical technology and a keen eye for winning creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign)
- Familiarity with tools like Smartly, Unbounce, and Creatopy (nice to have)
- Positive, flexible, organized, problem-solver, and highly collaborative
- Fluent in English
