Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Video Producer (w/m/d) für die Berliner Zeitung.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Produktion neuer Videoformate: Interviews, Reportagen, Livestreams, Social Clips
- Eigenständiger Schnitt, Untertitelung und Aufbereitung für unterschiedliche Plattformen (YouTube, Social Media etc.)
- Gestaltung von Thumbnails, Grafiken und Einblendungen
- Unterstützung bei Livestream-Produktionen und Event-Coverage
- Themenrecherche, inhaltliche Zuarbeit und Skriptentwürfe für Voice-over und Interviews
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Workflows (Recherche, Skripting, Distribution)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Redaktion, Social Media und Technik

Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in Videoproduktion und -schnitt (Premiere Pro oder vergleichbare Tools)
- Gespür für Storytelling, Dramaturgie und visuelle Gestaltung
- Erste Erfahrung mit YouTube und Social-Media-Formaten
- Offenheit für neue Formate und Lust auf experimentelles Arbeiten
- Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Interesse an gesellschaftspolitischen Themen von Vorteil
- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse auf gutem Niveau
