Specialist M&a and Corporate Compliance

We are currently seeking a Specialist M&A and Corporate Compliance (x|f|m) for the Legal Affairs & Compliance team (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) in Goettingen or Berlin for a limited period. You will have the flexibility of mobile working being based in Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). In this position you will support M&A projects and dedicated compliance related topics.

**Your** **tasks**
- Collaborate in M&A projects such as purchase and sale of companies, mergers, spin-offs and all other types of corporate transactions
- Assist with preparation and execution of Due Diligence, review of agreements, preparation of reports and accompanying contractual documents
- Implementation of corporate law measures within post-merger integration of acquired entities
- Active participation in future development of the internal compliance organization
- Development, supervision and implementation of internal compliance guidelines
- Implementation and monitoring of the groupwide Compliance Management System
- Interface with various internal and external stakeholders worldwide on all levels

**Your** **qualifications**
- Successfully completed studies in economics or law (second state examination an advantage)
- Relevant professional experience in M&A projects and/or Compliance
- Knowledge of antitrust law are beneficial
- Ability to work independently and process-oriented
- High level of discretion, analytical mindset
- Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to visit and work from the headquarters in Goettingen
- Excellent English skills, German is beneficial
