Group Compliance Specialist Standards

We are looking for you to support our area Group Functions at the location Hannover. In this area we are responsible for Group Compliance, Law & Intellectual Property.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Taking an active role in enhancing and improving Continental’s compliance program
- Responsibility for the design, adaptation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Continental’s compliance policies and standards
- Actively keeping up to date with regulatory changes, best practices, industry and compliance trends as well as new schemes and scams, effectively adjusting Continental’s compliance program
- Driving continuous improvement of the compliance program through active communication with the central compliance function and the individual regions to identify potential for program improvement
- Exercising good judgment by consistently recognizing both regulatory requirements as well as Conti’s business needs
- Maintaining a compliance library, ensuring material is relevant, up to date and available for reference by Group Compliance as well as the business
- Responding to third party external audits of Continental’s compliance program
- Assisting with special projects as required
