We’re looking for a forward-thinking and detail-driven professional to join our Purchasing Governance team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across our global purchasing organization.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance internal control systems and risk management strategies within the purchasing function.
- Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and technical standards.
- Monitor and assess procurement risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Support audits and drive continuous improvement in governance processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to purchasing teams on compliance and risk-related topics

**Profile**:

- A degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, internal controls, risk management, or compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, KNIME, and Microsoft Office Suit
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- A passion for governance and a proactive mindset
- IT affinity - good knowledge of key purchasing IT systems and tools (e.g., SAP (e.g., master data, value flows/workflows), RPA, GRC tool)
