As the Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders of **bunch** to develop and refine all the essential elements of our business.

**Your role & impact in the first 12 months**:

- Work alongside the founders in developing all the essential elements of the business
- Set the ground for the finance and accounting department together with the founders
- Take ownership of strategic tasks and projects, implement the required processes, ensure that things run more smoothly for the founders and ultimately take whatever actions are necessary to help bring our vision to fruition
- Own the practical operational side of things - from developing day to day business processes to creating company policies
- Be the founders' problem-solver across the business and be responsible for day-to-day admin topics for our HQ

**What you should bring to the party**:

- You have a sincere curiosity in entrepreneurship and demonstrate initiative, as well as strong communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for FinTech
- You enjoy solving problems and building things from the ground up. When there is no established method for accomplishing something, you find a way. When there is a well-known approach, you question it consistently
- You have demonstrated your ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Whether you excel at modelling quantitative decisions, enjoy interacting with people, have a talent for designing slides, or want to support our commercial department
- You completed a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- You are fluent in English - German would be useful, but absolutely not a must
