Specialist Product Management

In your new role you will:
- **Be responsible for consolidation of Ambient Sensing demand planning **from short to long -term planning
- **Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams **, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather inputs and validate assumptions for volume forecasts for mmW/Radar, Time of Flight and Environmental Sensing products
- **Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities related to volume projections **, working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop contingency plans and strategies
- **Partner with the finance team to align volume forecasts **with financial planning processes, providing inputs for budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation decisions
- **Continuously improve volume forecasting methodologies, models, and processes **, leveraging data analytics and advanced forecasting techniques to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- **Execute business scenarios of future demand **and closely interface with supply planning and operations

Beyond, you are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A **Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance **, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- **3-5 years of proven experience **in business planning, demand forecasting, or related analytical roles
- **Strong analytical and quantitative skills **, with expertise in statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and data modeling
- **Excellent MS Office skills; **experience with business intelligence tools **and data visualization platforms are a plus
- **Excellent communication skills in English **to master internal and external stakeholders
