**Your contribution to TenneT**:
As the lead of the Program Office within the newly created 2GW Organization of LPO, you are responsible for overarching program tasks, and act as the guardian of standards, synergies and innovations to ensure long-term optimal execution of the portfolio. You facilitate smooth delivery of the ongoing projects and help enable readiness of the organization and the ecosystem of tools & systems.

**Program management**
- You provide higher management levels with the bases for decision-making, e.g. **status overviews of initiatives** (e.g. innovations, continuous improvements, HSE), **high quality program plans, progress and exception reports, decision documents**, etc.
- You monitor, secure, improve and benchmark the established standards for the purposes of **performance management** and **quality assurance**:

- You ensure the **implementation and continuous improvement** of processes, tools and culture; you also ensure **compliance** with laws, regulations, internal policy and guidelines, as well as other relevant agreements (internal and external)
- You ensure the **work progress** within your team and facilitate its **effctive cooperation** with other teams in 2GW as well as other departments within the organization
- You develop and define **cross-project priorities and methodologies**. You are also in charge of **cross-project evaluations** and **integrated program level scheduling**. Meanwhile, you regularly** align with other projects** in regional clusters, HVDC stations and cable portfolios regarding relevant changes
- You **drive selected overarching topics **on behalf of all for the 2GW departments
- You contribute actively to **a safe working environment** for yourself, your colleagues and contractors

**Team management**
- You **set up, staff and lead an efficient and dedicated team **to realize project goals as well as TenneT's broader objectives
- You **set **tangible and ambitious goals** in alignment with TenneT’s strategies and objectives. Meanwhile, you act as the **change agent for standardisation **in the 2GW projects and **optimisation of synergies between projects**:

- You ensure that team members have the necessary skills, training and resources to perform their roles effectively. You **set and communicate clear priorities** with the team, **keep them informed of possible changes**, **delegate tasks** and **allocate resources**:

- You **coach, inspire and actively develop **your people**, for the purpose of which you align proactively with other projects and line management;
- You **foster open dialogue** and **a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning** within LPO and the 2GW departments;
- You exchange with experts and teams within 2GW, LPO and various other departments to continuously **deepen and consolidate learnings **from large projects

**Your profile and background**:

- You have **10+ years of proven record in a comparable leadership role **with cross-functional scopes (e.g. a PMO-like function, line department or consultancy), ideally managing **big infrastructure projects**, with in-depth experience in and a comprehensive understanding of **program management**, **technical solutions** and **challenges within an offshore Grid Connection System**:

- You have preferably **a Master's degree** and **an academic level of thinking and working**:

- You are **enthusiastic, drivien, determined, authentic, inspired, and inspiring**. You are an **effective decision-maker** and are **determined **to bring the decisions into fruition**:

- You have **great communication skills** and exhibit **a strong orientation for **partnership and trust**, which enables you to bring internal (e.g. PMO, Offshore Development, Asset Management, Grid Field Operations, Engineering and Services, etc.) and external (the respective HVDC portfolios) stakeholders together
- You are fluent in **English** and **either German or Dutch**:

- You are willing to **travel internationally** as per project needs
- You are preferably **IPMA certified **or open to obtain
