We are looking for our new **Head of Region Southeast Europe - Corn & Sunflower (M/F/d**) at **KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA** to manage our business through KWS group commercial structures and distribution networks, shaping mid - to long-term sales and marketing strategies in line with our overall corporate vision. In this role, you will implement the Business Unit (BU) Corn & Sunflower strategy under consideration of cross-crop needs of the KWS portfolio to achieve optimal regional financial performance and strategic goals. As the designated Head of Region (M/F/d), you will act as the key liaison between the regional commercial team and the country, managing cross-crop and administrative matters. As a member of our BU leadership team, your contributions will be vital in shaping long-term strategies and driving overall business success. This position is permanent and offered on a full-time basis.
