Tasks

**Tasks**:

- Lead the quality mindset within the Nanotube team, sharing your knowledge of quality assurance principles.
- Review the QA related documentation of Nanotube department and support the development of new documentation or improvement of the current documentation.
- Review product requirements and specifications to aid in identification of potential issues or risks when developing emitter modules.
- Inspection and monitoring of all stages of production to identify and resolve issues to meet quality standards.
- Handling incoming goods inspections according to VEC and quality requirements and documenting the results.
- Undertaking internal and external audits. As part of this, ensure that documented evidence is prepared, and available for the Auditor.

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have undertaken an apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) plus Quality Assurance and/or chemical lab assistance. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor of Science degree, OR Process Engineering OR Materials Science.
- Work experience in the medical industry would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 13485 is advantageous.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively work and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
- You also have the experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- You possess a diplomatic attitude; you respect different perspectives and consider these when coming to a resolution.
- You are open to receiving and giving feedback to build trust, transparency and motivate your colleagues.
- You are able to work in a rapidly changing, reactive business environment.
- Very good English skills (QA documents and audits are in English). German is a great advantage.
