**Supplier Quality Assurance Inspector (m/w/d)** Standort: Erlangen For our customer - a company in the area Healthcare - we are searching for you as **Supplier Quality Assurance Inspector (m/w/d)** **_The aim is to assure that the desired quality level of purchased parts incl. documentation are achieved at optimum cost and efficiency, to assure compliance with product safety requirements and to promote the quality ideal_** **Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung** - Perform supplier associated measurements / checks / inspections / documentation control so that the product quality requirements are met and appropriately documented to fulfill customer requirements - Perform a range of specified **quality test routines** for **materials, products and services** in an assigned environment, in order to ensure that products or services meet all agreed specifications and quality standards - **Perform technical supplier development** to provide demand covering, quality assured and cost-effective inspection methods and processes - Take care of getting the necessary documents and comply with the requirements (work instructions, inspection plans, drawings, specifications) - Closely cooperates with component engineering. **Monitoring of quality performance** of the supplier and identify at-risk suppliers using targets - Collection of respective data for operative supplier reviews and definition of supplier improvement activities, when necessary - Assisting suppliers in effectively **conducting root cause analysis** and corrective and preventative actions **Fachliche Anforderungen** - Inspector / Technician / Industriemeister Metall (Bachelor Professional of Metal Production and Management) / Bachelor Eng.
