Elevator Emergency Call Service

For our client we are looking for employees (M/F/d) who can keep a professional composure in stressful situations. You are able to calm down callers who are a little bit upset and confused because of the emergency situation and to capture the overall situation with targeted questions.
After an intensive training, you can initiate the necessary steps according to the situation and, if necessary, inform contact persons. In doing so, you strictly adhere to the given processes and thus ensure a smooth process in solving the customer's emergency situation.
**Typical tasks are**:
- Processing of alarm and fault messages
- Recording and processing elevator emergency calls
- Receive technician s inquiries about the situation
- Recording of fault messages and informing technicians, doctors, fire brigade or other helpers
- Work in a customer support / customer service environment
**Do you have what it takes**:
- High stress resistance in emergency situations
- Can work shifts
- Fluent in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
