For our client we are looking for talented employees (M/F/d) who can keep a professional composure in stressful situations. You are able to calm down callers who are a little bit upset and confused because of the emergency situation and to capture the overall situation with target oriented questions.
After an intense training, you will be able to initiate necessary steps according to the situation and, if necessary, inform contact persons. In doing so, you strictly adhere to the given processes and thus ensure a smooth process in solving the customer's emergency situation.

**What you will be doing**:

- Recording and processing of elevator emergency calls
- Receipt of customer and technician inquiries about the situation
- Holding conctact with technicians, doctors, fire brigade or other helpers
- Keep contact with trapped passengers, motivate them and calm down where appropriate
- Work in a customer support / customer service environment

**What you will need**:

- Solid personality
- Equipped with basic principles of information technology
- Can work shifts
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Positive energy to support and motivate others
