**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in person and via phone, providing accurate information about ACS services.
- Assess customer needs and refer them to appropriate service providers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACS programs, services, and community resources.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage appointments and class registrations efficiently.
- Update the marketing calendar and assist in the development of marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with ACS policies.
- Perform data entry and maintain client records in the Army Family Web Portal (AFWP).

**Program Support**:

- Assist in the in-processing and out-processing of ACS clients.
- Manage the ACS coupon program, including sorting, distributing, and tracking.
- Coordinate and reserve ACS classroom facilities.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Prepare and distribute the monthly ACS calendar.
- Coordinate with ACS staff and community agencies to keep resource information current.
- Promote customer feedback through the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required; experience in information and referral services preferred.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be a DoD ID cardholder and able to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with military customs and courtesies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a military environment.
- Knowledge of Army Community Service programs and resources.

Pay: 35.000,00€ - 40.000,00€ per month
