**3D and Motion Artist (d/m/w)**

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Visualisierung unserer digitalen 3D-Assets
- Entwicklung und Etablierung eines Rendering-Standards für die jeweiligen Marken (z.B. Beleuchtung, Texturierung, Farbe, Schattierung)
- Arbeit an Rendering-Tools für unsere Produktentwicklung
- Definition von Richtlinien für die interne und externe Bearbeitung von fotorealistischen 3D-Assets
- Etablierung neuer 3D-Motion-Tools und Suche nach der besten Lösung für unsere digitale Produktentwicklung
- Entwicklung von 3D-Objekten (Trims)
- Einbindung in unseren Avatar-Entwicklungsprozess zusammen mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern

Sie bringen mit:

- Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung in 3D-Visualisierung, 3D-Design und 3D-Bewegung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über kreative Technologien
- Kenntnisse in den 3D-Anwendungen CLO, Maya, Blender, Key Shot oder vergleichbar, einschließlich der Erstellung von 3D-Modellierungen von Produkten und fortgeschrittenen Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Rendering/Beleuchtung, Texturierung, Farbe und Schattierung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Skizzieren und Zeichnen in Adobe Suite oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Ausgeprägte visuelle Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, eindrucksvolles/aufregendes Bildmaterial zu erstellen
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Bekleidung und/oder Schuhen ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung mit Design, 3D oder einer verwandten Ausbildung auf Undergraduate-Niveau
- Erste Erfahrungen mit der Kalibrierung von Hard
- und Software von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Neugieriger, kommunikativer Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit zum Multitasking
- Spaß an der Kommunikation mit den Kreativ
- und Marketingteams
