**Specialist Business Analytics and Sales Coordination (d/m/w)**

In dieser vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie für das Prozessmanagement des Customer Services und des Customer Data Management der HOLY FASHION GROUP verantwortlich. Dabei überwachen und prüfen Sie die Kundenaufträge nach Auftragseingang und gewährleisten, dass diese vor der Rechnungsstellung korrekt im System erfasst werden (Order Freeze). Zudem arbeiten Sie an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Customer Service-Prozesse und -konditionen, sowie im Bereich Digitalisierung mit.
Darüber hinaus sind Sie an der fortlaufende Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsunterlagen für den Customer Service der Marken beteiligt. Die Schulung und Unterstützung der SAP Key User sowie die enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Finance, Customer Service, Procurement & Production, Logistik und IT runden Ihr spannendes Tätigkeitsprofil ab.
Diese Querschnittsfunktionalität und die Verbindung zu verschiedenen Abteilungen ermöglichen es dem Stelleninhaber, die Gestaltung und Funktionsweise der verschiedenen Kerngeschäftsprozesse der HOLY FASHION GROUP zu verstehen und zu beeinflussen.

Sie bringen mit:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä. bzw. eine sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Master Data oder Supply Chain Management oder im Customer Service
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- profunde IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS-Office Excel und idealerweise in SAP R/3
- eine selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Affinität zu konzeptionellen Denken
- ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Organisationstalent
- hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
