As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for accounting and keeping an eye on the hotel's business situation. Together with your team, you will make sure that our data and finances are secure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time **Director of Finance (M/F/d)** as soon as possible. **This is what your day looks like**: - Manage all areas of hotel strategy, financial management and control, including balance sheet reporting, income statement, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow. - Overall responsibility for finance and IT - Control of all accounting functions and monitoring of daily accounting processes and all KPIs in compliance with agreed guidelines - Work closely with the General Manager, department heads as well as the owners - Review financial procedures and systems for legal compliance and timeliness - Accurate and timely reporting on all financial aspects (e.g., monthly financial statements, forecasts, cash flow, budget, investment, etc...) - Analyze variances, forecasts, and suggestions and implement actions to protect profit goals while maintaining product quality and guest satisfaction - Control of guidelines, policies and standards in financial matters of the hotel - Carrying out internal audits - Employee management (induction, personnel development, appraisals, interviews, disciplinary measures, training) **What we expect from you**: - at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a management position (at least Assist.
