**Overview**:
**Capacity**: 28-32 hrs/week
**Schedule**: Sundays + availability in some evenings needed during the week
**Location**:Berlin
**Duration**: Limited contract (1 year)

**Your mission**:
As the Coordinator of the ReDI Kids Program in Berlin, you will be part of the ReDI Kids team in Berlin and will be responsible for the development of a vibrant community of young tech-interested learners and socially-committed volunteer teachers.

Your areas of responsibility will include the organisation of weekly classes as well as holiday schools for children and teenagers with forced migration background. You will also ensure the communication with the children and their parents, as well as the recruitment, onboarding and coordination of volunteer trainers.

You will be in charge of:

- Recruitment of students for weekly courses and holiday camps
- Recruitment and management of volunteer trainers
- Organisation of volunteer trainings and onboarding
- Coordination of course logistics and space management
- Communication with location partners
- Social events organisation
- Communication with parents
- Community outreach on social media
- Supporting in the quality control, evaluation and reporting of the project
- Contributing to shaping the project strategy and development

**Your profile**:

- Passion for the fields of child education, tech and/or social integration
- Fluent in German **and** English
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in team management
- Experience in event organisation
- Good understanding of educational initiatives for children and youth in Berlin
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience working in multicultural contexts
- Availability to work on Sundays
