**YOUR TASKS**:

- Actively promote available training opportunities
- Analyse Training & Development needs and recommend appropriate development solutions (e.g. classroom training, on-the-job training, e-learning)
- Work with external training providers to ensure optimal level of service quality
- Design, prepare and order training materials
- (Co-) Facilitate in-house training sessions and workshops
- Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback and Key Performance Indicators tracking
- Manage training calendar and training records
- Ensure development activities are measured for effectiveness in terms of Return On Investment and/or return on expectation
- Support the HR Talent Team with various projects and company initiatives

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Proven work experience with organizing and facilitating trainings and workshops
- Familiar with 70/20/10 approach to learning and development & creative development solutions
- Experience in managing full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, deliver, evaluate)
- Ability to set clear priorities and manage various projects within set time frames to deliver the expected outcomes
- Supplier management and budget planning
- Excellent communication skills and facilitation techniques
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- MS Office proficiency and experience with e-learning platforms administration
