**MEININGER is on the expansion course We are looking for an HR Talent Partner (f/m/d) to drive international recruitment and employer branding initiatives.**

**YOUR TASKS**:
- Drive recruitment & employer branding initiatives across the business, including new hotel openings internationally
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for assigned job openings:
- Partner with the Hiring Managers to define the most efficient recruiting strategies & sourcing channels
- Maintain quality & compliance of the recruitment process in line with applicable data protection regulations and MEININGER policies
- Shape Employer Value Proposition to promote MEININGER as an employer of choice by participating in career events and internal communication activities
- Participate in the training & development initiatives together with the Talent team and provide training support on the issues related to the recruitment and employer branding to the Operations and Headquarter Departments
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to identify talent needs and monitor recruitment process effectiveness
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Relevant professional qualification and 1-2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced organisation
- Ability to set clear priorities and manage various projects within set time frames to deliver the expected outcomes
- Excellent networking skills, ability to communicate across geographies and cultures
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian)
- MS Office proficiency and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
