We would be delighted if you joined us at mrge as our new Junior Ad Operations Specialist.

**Your Tasks**:

- Set up, monitor, and optimize affiliate ad campaigns on a daily.
- Manage day-to-day AdOps flow, ensuring tracking reliability, troubleshooting and best yield.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ad-serving issues, collaborating with internal and external clients as needed.
- Leverage Business Intelligence tools to analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization to the publisher and advertiser account management teams.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations across all campaigns.
- Assist in testing new ad formats, technologies, and strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in ad operations and affiliate marketing.

**Your Profile**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing space.
