Cloopio\'s mission is to connect distributed teams around the world. With our one-click booking platform, companies can plan team events (offsites, retreats, summits) in Europe. With our curated employee experiences, we offer accommodation, meeting facilities, food options, and activities.

After successfully validating Cloopio during a soft launch, the Lufthansa Innovation Hub is now looking for a co-founder that drives the transition toward a successful spin-off.

In your role as Co-Founder Product, you are responsible for the product lifecycle across the customer value chain. Based on the product strategy, you define the product roadmap and ensure we map out the product delivery stages. From first inquiry to delivery, you are responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, automating and digitizing every aspect of the customer experience.

You curate Cloopio’s portfolio of offsite locations, maintain successful relationships with our partners, design attractive offsite packages, build a customer-friendly booking process, and ensure high-quality delivery of corporate retreats by our (venue) partners. You ensure that Cloopio is future-ready by planning for scalability from the get-go. Jointly with the CEO, you drive the overall growth of the business by driving product-market fit, defining the product roadmap, and securing required funding. With your strong entrepreneurial drive and previous leadership experience in scale-ups, you develop this venture into the go-to platform for events in Europe.

Tasks
- Own the product roadmap, shape the product vision and manage the company’s tech stack
- Ensure smooth operations and data-based decision making
- Continuously improve the user experience based on data
- Perform interviews with current and potential customers, as well as conduct competitor analysis to introduce new product features, with the aim to optimize conversion rate
- Curate & manage Cloopio’s high-quality supply (e.g. venues, activity providers, shuttle services): scout new supply, own relationships with existing ones, lead commercial negotiations, and build a scalable onboarding & collaboration process together with our portfolio
- Own Cloopio’s offering of memorable corporate retreats: work together with our partners to build attractive offsite experiences that cater to different customer needs based on customer and market insights
- Build & lead the customer success organization: own the customer journey from inquiry to booking, deliver a high-quality customer experience at scale along the entire journey, measure performance against clearly defined KPIs, continuously improve overall customer experience together with our partners
- Create a scalable set-up with appropriate structures & processes that form the basis for highly profitable unit economics

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in growing digital platforms - as a startup leader, entrepreneur or product leader
- Proven leadership record in building, managing and retaining a product and tech team
- Credible understanding of technology-enabled business models
- Distinct attention to detail with strong project management skills
- Proven track record with direct link to above listed responsibilities, e.g. as entrepreneur or senior leader in scale-up
- Experience in travel tech, ideally with leadership experience in product and/or tech
- Strong business acumen, innovation mindset and hands-on attitude
- Visionary yet able to execute with strong management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) as well as strong presentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Previous startup experience in senior leadership or co-founder function
- Advanced degree in Business / MBA / Product Management
