**You will**:
As Legal Operational Specialist in our legal team, you will be a key player helping us continue to scale-up the team as GetYourGuide continues to grow and scale. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, with a dotted line to the Director of Legal for Corporate and Privacy, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and innovation in our legal processes, as well as supporting a wide range of corporate housekeeping and privacy related processes.
- Lead the implementation of our new contract management system, including migration, workflow design, and stakeholder management
- Maintain and optimize contract workflows, coordinating with internal and external teams
- Support broader team and/or departmental process and tooling changes that affect the legal department
- Create and update legal documentation and filing systems, playbooks,guidelines, and policies and help ensure compliance thereof
- Support corporate entity management and housekeeping, including insurance policies in multiple jurisdictions
- Responsible for maintaining ROPA
- Support with IP, GDPR & claims managementTrack and report on legal projects and OKRsCollaborate with law firms and set up a spend management system
- Responsible for all legal administrative tasks and assist with the execution of contracts
- Conduct legal and regulatory research

**Who you are**:
Must-Have
- Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in legal operations or similar role
- Experience with contract management systems and implementations
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience in proactively identifying opportunities and driving execution of changes that support a Legal department at a fast-paced growing company
- Resiliency to dynamic environments and change
- Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have
- Experience in corporate entity management across multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge of EU/US privacy regulations
- Experience working at a public company
- German language skills or another European language
