**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie verantworten die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und IT-Strukturen der Rechtsabteilung
- Sie sind zuständig für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Standardverträgen/-klauseln und anderen übergreifenden rechtlichen Dokumenten für die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Legal Team
- Sie übernehmen die Implementierung modernster digitaler juristischer Softwarelösungen
- Sie stellen eine qualitativ hochwertige Rechtsberatung in allen übergreifenden gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen der Unternehmensgruppe sicher
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für und Bearbeitung von unternehmensübergreifenden Verträgen und Strukturen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Legal Team der Unternehmensgruppe
- Sie verantworten die Koordination und Bearbeitung von Schnittstellenthemen der Abteilung Legal & IP mit den anderen Abteilungen der Unternehmensgruppe
- Sie sorgen für ein angemessenes und einheitliches Corporate Housekeeping innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe unter Beachtung der geltenden Gesetze und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den für die Regionen zuständigen Business Partnern Legal
- Sie unterstützen die Business Partner Legal bei übergreifenden M&A-Projekten und -Transaktionen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie sind Volljurist (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer ausländischer Abschluss
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in Legal Operations und Legal Tech sowie hohe IT-Affinität
- Sie haben grundlegende Kenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht aus einem internationalen Kontext
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung sowie eine unternehmerische Denk
- und Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Hinblick auf verschiedene Zielgruppen und Hierarchieebenen
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität und gleichzeitig selbständiger, strukturierter ArbeitsweiseErfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Sie tuen sich durch Mobilität und Flexibilität hervor
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Gehaltsinformationen**:

- Je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung liegt das Bruttojahreszielgehalt zwischen 90.000 € und 115.000 €
