**Your Responsibilities**
- You lead and manage the Product Cost & Value Engineering team.
- As part of the Senior Management Team you are responsible for achieving the target costs of H-TEC’s electrolyzer products through interdisciplinary collaboration with engineering and supply chain.
- You define target costs for components and modules and drive cost down potentials from idea to implementation
- You act with your team as an internal consultant for optimizing product costs within design (Design-to-cost), manufacturing, and through negotiations with suppliers alongside purchasing.
- You further develop processes und tools within the department.

**What You Bring**
- You have completed studies in engineering, business administration with technical background or a comparable field of study.
- You possess professional experience in product cost management, value engineering, or a comparable position with a strong focus on manufacturing, costs, or quality.
- You have proven leadership skills, and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
- You have sound knowledge in the field of value analysis and cost calculation.
- You exhibit a strong analytical mindset and a structured, results-oriented way of working.
- You possess sound IT skills (MS Office, databases, ERP systems).
- You have very good written and spoken English skills, ideally also German.
