Unsere Auftraggeberin ist eine international tätige, regelmäßig ausgezeichnete Wirtschaftskanzlei mit mehreren Büros in Deutschland. Der Fokus liegt auf der Beratung bei Transaktionen. Zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt sucht man einen Allrounder im Personalwesen als Head of HR Germany für die Verantwortung aller strategischen und operativen Personalthemen.

Diese Aufgabe ist eine fantastische Gelegenheit für eine ambitionierte Persönlichkeit, eine leistungsstarke Personalfunktion für die deutschen Büros zu entwickeln und zum Erfolg der Personalfunktion auch internationalt beizutragen. Der Head of HR soll das bestehende HR-Team in Deutschland weiterentwickeln und leiten.

Aufgaben

Positionierung des Head of HR, als geschätze RatgeberIn der Partnerschaft, der/die den gesamten Bereich der Personalabteilung abdeckt, von der strategischen bis zur operativen Umsetzung. Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

- Entwicklung und Förderung des Employer Brand
- Bewerberansprache, Rekrutierung und Auswahl
- Rekrutierungskampagnen
- Talentmanagement inkl Coaching/Unterstützung potenzieller Partner
- Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations
- Vergütungsfragen
- Change management
- Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Überwachung der Personaladministration

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreiches Studium (idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt HR) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung in einer Personalabteilung in einem Beratungs
- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland, bevorzugt in einer Rechtsanwalts
- oder Steuerberatungsgesellschaft zwingend erforderlich
- Umfassende allgemeine HR-Kenntnisse
- Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Personalbeschaffung, Vergütung, Talentmanagement und Kulturwandel
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Leitung der Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung
- kooperativer Führungsstil, geschickt im Aufbau von Netzwerken und Teams
- Dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis im operativen Personalmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs und Arbeitsrecht
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
