We are looking for an ambitious and talented **Head of HR DACH **to join our _Global People & Comms _team. If you are a curious people person with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a changing environment and want to make an impact - you will love Netigate

Do you have a previous, and broad background from working with HR and scaling SaaS companies? Are you great at building relationships and working in a structured manner? We are looking for someone with previous experience in HR Admin and people and culture topics who is passionate about the role and still curious to learn even more You enjoy partnering together with colleagues, and knows how to build strong relationships.
- As Head of HR DACH, you will for example:_
- Be responsible for HR Admin, Payroll, Talent and Office Management in Frankfurt and Berlin.
- Support any ad-hoc HR initiative/projects
- Work closely with the recruitment team to support the hiring for our offices in Sweden, Norway, and Germany.
- Continuously advise employees and managers on our HR policies, practices, and processes to ensure we provide the best employee experience possible
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding activities
- When needed, coordinate rehabilitation cases with applicable external partners, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Support People & Culture team in day-to-day projects and provide support as required
- Take an active role another cross-functional internal HR project
- Share the responsibility of taking care of HR-related administration tasks in DACH countries

**Requirements that we think will help you**
- 10+ years of HR experience (ideally from a fast-growing startup/scaleup) with exposure to all aspects of human resource management including recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation, and benefits and employee development
- Knowledge of compliance standards and employment law, employee Benefit Administration and Payroll
- Experienced leader that shapes company culture and ensures that all our employees feel valued, supported, and inspired.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing strategies that support the growth and development of employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and independent but collaborative work style
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
- Have an adaptable approach, a flexible attitude with the ability to manage through change.
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
